If you have been considering using rainwater for the toilet and laundry of for your entire internal plumbing, act now. The funding for these loans is limited and they will be withdrawn when funds are depleted.

We can have an approved sustainability assessor contact you within 24 hours. They are usually able to carry out their assessment within 2 or 3 days, and have your report with their recommendations in the mail the next day. Once you have your report, you may apply for a loan.

There are conditions of course. The major ones are

• the homeowner's taxable income must be less than $250,000
• the house cannot be owned by the government or a company
• the house must be your principle place of residence.
