Filtration System
To ensure any particulate matter, taste or odour is removed from your rainwater before it is used, we recommend incorporating a filtration system in your distribution network. Filtration of your rainwater will also prolong the life of your pump.

We recommend one of the Rain Harvesting rain filter filtration systems

Choose from 5", 10" or 20" system

  • 5" filtration system - Removes sediment to 80 microns. Flow rate up to 30 litres per minute. Suitable for filtering water used for irrigation.

If rainwater is being used for internal household use a Triple Action filtration system is recommended. This system removes sediments down to 15 microns, colour and odour from water.

  • 10" Triple Action system - where laundry and a single toilet are only uses of rainwater. Flow rate up to 25 litres per minute.
  • 20" Triple Action System - for whole of house use. Suitable for flow rates up to 50 litres per minute.
